Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow established workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer support services
- Be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers
- Utilize a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, quality headset, and quiet workspace to take calls and provide support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly tone and ability to empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to feedback and support the team
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
