- Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only)
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and communicate with the team
