As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's dedicated to delivering outstanding results. **Primary Responsibilities of the Role** As a Customer Support Advocate, your primary responsibility will be providing an exceptional experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a segment of arenaflex's product suite. Your expertise will be crucial in: * Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services * Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently * Tracking issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicating accordingly * Helping brainstorm and create better and more efficient/concrete processes for the team * Other duties and special projects as assigned **A Successful Candidate Will** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities: * **Effective Communication**: Communicate effectively by attentively listening to others and adjusting to fit your audience. * **Action Orientation**: Be action-oriented and step up to handle tough situations. * **Interpersonal Savvy**: Have interpersonal savvy, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people. * **Nimble Learning**: Be a nimble learner who learns quickly when facing new situations. * **Tech Savvy**: Be tech-savvy by readily learning and adopting new technologies. **Technical Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following technical qualifications: * **Customer-Centric Approach**: Be passionate about serving our customers by providing best-in-class customer interactions through clear, thoughtful, and efficient responses. * **Technical Comfort**: Be comfortable with technology and software services. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills. * **Positive Personality**: Have a positive and upbeat personality. * **Empathy and Patience**: Be empathetic and patient with customers. * **Remote Work Environment**: Be able to manage yourself in a fully remote environment. * **Attention to Detail**: Be detail-oriented and organized. * **Adaptability**: Have a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes. * **Technical Competence**: Be highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software's. * **Writing Skills**: Be able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. **Office Requirements** As a fully distributed team, we require: * **Remote Work**: Work from a designated workspace with access to high-speed internet. * **Schedule**: Work 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month. * **Location**: Be US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US.
