Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell opportunities

- Organizing and leading effective customer interactions, including weekly meetings and day-long workshops
- Executing internal administrative tasks to keep the team informed and manage the business
- Utilizing tools and data to create repeatable processes and improve the efficiency of customer success operations
- Building ad hoc and strategic reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Performing needs analysis to determine the right solution for a problem or question

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or customer success environment
