As a member of arenaflex's Borrower Success Team, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's innovative tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for users and providing exceptional support and guidance. This remote, full-time contractor role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.
