We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekend evening shifts from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat.
