We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for serving guests from around the world as they embark on their travel journey, creating an effortless experience and building raving brand fans by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations. You will handle incoming contacts for a variety of blithequark brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice, email, and chat.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection. You will also need to be able to maintain a work environment that is conducive to performing your assigned work, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
