Responsibilities
- Field Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to address varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Handle and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening.
- Work with Confidential Customer Information: Treat customer information sensitively and maintain confidentiality.
- Resolve Issues on the First Call: Be proactive in resolving issues on the first call, aiming to provide a positive customer experience.
- Communicate Effectively: Appropriately communicate with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalate Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Track Call-Related Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues, helping to improve customer service processes.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and upsell opportunities, providing customers with additional products or services.
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of Customer Service Experience: Preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Over 18 Years of Age: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
- Ability to Type 25 wpm: Meet the minimum typing speed requirement for this role.
- High School Graduate or GED: Meet the minimum educational requirement for this role.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Possess logical problem-solving skills, able to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: An internet service provider (ISP) with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed to ensure you meet the minimum requirements.
