**Role Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and make a difference in the lives of our donors and supporters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to existing supporters to raise funds for important causes
* Welcoming new donors and sponsors to our community
* Renewing event participants and inviting donors to give monthly
* Thanking and connecting with donors to build strong relationships
* Engaging in creative conversations to delight and inspire our supporters
* Collaborating with our team to achieve our fundraising goals

**What We're Looking for in a Candidate**
* A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon - Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
* Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
* Technical savvy and self-reliance
* A professional work-from-home office space with a newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer
* High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
* A USB headset and webcam
