- Work independently from home, with minimal supervision, to provide high-quality customer service support

- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product information to provide informed support to customers
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or travel industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
