As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Label Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Set appointments with clients to discuss their benefits needs and provide personalized solutions
* Perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, highlighting the value and benefits of our programs
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client requests
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
* Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
* Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a strong focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
* Ability to maintain good customer relations, with a focus on building long-term relationships and loyalty
* Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration
* Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a union label benefits company or a similar industry
* Knowledge of benefits programs and services, with a strong focus on supplemental and permanent benefits
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Strong computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office and other productivity software
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
