Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and email. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands.
