As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients, handling new patient requests and reorders, and working closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery. If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-changing specialty medication treatment * Handle new patient requests and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits * Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system * Collect and process copay payments, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with debt claims or clinical issues * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery * Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues **Essential Qualifications** * One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone * One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and preference * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone * Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
