Key Responsibilities

- Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly stored and displayed.

- Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, ensuring that all financial transactions are secure and accurate.
- Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our company's values and goals. The following requirements are preferred:
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and working effectively in a team-based environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the needs of our customers and the success of our store.
