**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities that will challenge and engage you every day. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
* Communicating effectively and providing friendly conversation
* Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
* Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Retail and customer service experience (a plus if you have sales associate or cashiering experience)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Motivation to advance in your career
* Willingness to learn and have fun
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
* Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
* Sales and marketing skills
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
