Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Be over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk software
