**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
* Providing excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless delivery of service
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on time management and organization
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers and relay information accurately
* Customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
