Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance * Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises * Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs) * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching * Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a leadership or management role * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures * Familiarity with quality control processes * Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
