**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in enhancing and strengthening relationships between our customers and clients. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' policies and procedures. This is a remote opportunity, with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location, and the potential to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests via telephone, email, and other channels
* Research and respond to customer inquiries, discussing options and providing solutions to various aspects of our clients' policies and procedures
* Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas
* Work collaboratively with our team to improve service to internal and external customers
* Demonstrate a true desire to help people, with a professional and engaging phone voice
* Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues, including knowledge of different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots
* Access and navigate multiple electronic systems to provide complete responses to customer inquiries
**Essential Skills and Experience**
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (considering those with customer service experience)
* Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
* Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots
* Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous call center experience
* Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and articulate clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team environment to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating an ability to work independently from home
* Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements and problem-solving
