Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with the resources they need to achieve optimal health outcomes. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, and occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying the type of assistance they require and providing personalized support
• Ask targeted questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure seamless issue resolution
• Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting
• Schedule appointments for patients, entering and updating demographics as needed
• Perform other tasks as required to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support our team's success

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Typing speed of 40 wpm
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Telecommuting Requirements

To work remotely with blithequark, you must:

• Reside within Golden, CO
• Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Have a reliable, high-speed internet connection that meets blithequark's requirements
• Adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy and maintain the security of company-sensitive documents
