Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with the resources they need to achieve optimal health outcomes. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, and occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
