As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Trauma & Extremities Business Units, providing support with sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. Your strong interpersonal skills, willingness to go above and beyond, and ability to work within defined procedures and guidelines will be essential in maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field.
