Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Trauma & Extremities Business Units, providing support with sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a fair, effective, and timely manner
• Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers about our products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve customer satisfaction, and increase customer loyalty
• Enter orders, manage purchase orders, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Develop improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results
• Work within well-defined procedures and guidelines, using technical procedures and decision-making aids to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field. Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and JD Edwards, are also required. Additionally, you should have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
