About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll be working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers in our call center, providing timely and effective support.
- Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, as well as help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions.
- Troubleshoot software issues for customers and service providers, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Work collaboratively with the remote team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns.
- The ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous, providing a calm and professional demeanor.
