**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels to resolve their concerns, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer concerns and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
* Keep records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts, and file documents as needed
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide personalized solutions to their needs
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
**Qualifications**
* At least 1 year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
* Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
* Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
* Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
* Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
* Proactive and confident, with keen attention to details
