**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
