**What to Expect:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely
- Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into systems
- Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Reviewing and educating members on services and their insurance coverage
- Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
**What is Required:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
