As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with hospitality, problem-solving, active listening, consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and competency. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Identifying and greeting our clients in a friendly and professional manner * Gathering all required information for billing in a timely and accurate manner * Assisting with 3rd party connections if needed * Securing and connecting the interpreter to our client's conference * Providing top-notch customer service without the pressure of sales or difficult client disputes **Our Goal** At arenaflex, we strive to consistently exceed our customers' expectations by fostering a culture of excellence. Here are some key details to consider: * Open to eligible candidates in the United States, Tunisia, Tennessee (USA), and Texas (USA) * Paid training for 8 hours a day for two weeks * Must remain in your shift for the 90-day probationary period **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including: * $14.00 per hour * Paid Medical, Dental, Vision * 401k for full-time employees * Paid Time Off starts to be earned from day 1 **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Minimum one year of customer service experience with a previous employer and stable work history * 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED * Ability to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls with great attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Ability to provide proof of internet connection speed at a minimum of 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload **Desired Qualifications** While not required, we encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply: * College Education * 1+ years Call Center experience **Cultural Fit** At arenaflex, we value diversity and inclusivity. If hired, you'll need to complete the US Immigrations Customs and Enforcement I-9 document via remote process.
