About the Role

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote call center environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
