With a strong focus on patient-centricity, we strive to create positive memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative (Phone), you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and customers through phone calls, chat messaging, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class service, educate customers on our products and services, and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and delivering top-box interactions * Educate customers on products, prices, and promotions, addressing their queries and concerns * Place orders for delivery/pickup on behalf of customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment * Document interactions with customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Follow the daily schedule provided by Workforce Management, ensuring efficient use of time and resources * Identify patient needs and provide solutions, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues **Skills and Qualifications** * Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty: You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, going the extra mile to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are exceeded. * Drive for Results: You're competitive, driven, and focused on meeting deadlines and exceeding individual and team goals. * Critical Thinking: You're a problem solver, able to process information quickly and leverage your resources to resolve issues on the first call. * Communication & Collaboration: You're an effective communicator, able to explain concepts and products to customers clearly and effectively, and routinely check in for understanding. **Additional Minimum Qualifications** * Must be at least 21 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent education required * Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening **Required/Preferred Experience** * At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service * Call Center experience is a plus * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus * Microsoft Office basic skills **Physical Requirements** * Must be able to have effective communication skills with all levels of leadership **Work Schedule** * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays **Benefits and Compensation** * A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, is offered with this position * Salary will be commensurate with experience * This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency situation should arise **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
