**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to drive sales growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Process and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Provide product information and recommendations to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
