Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion for excellence. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns * Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that all customer needs are met * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues * Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs and drive business growth * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that all customer needs are met * Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Provide feedback on call issues to improve overall customer satisfaction * Upsell products or services when required to meet customer needs and drive business growth **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proven call center experience (minimum 6 months) * Typing speed of 25 WPM * Proficient in PC operation and navigation * Entry-level network troubleshooting skills * Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network * Ability to set up and configure a Router or switch * Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work independently * Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment * Strong listening skills **Nice-to-haves** * IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred * Experience in a customer service role **Benefits** * Paid Training * Competitive Wages * Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and more) * Paid Time Off * Employee wellness and engagement programs **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture that values employee growth, development, and well-being.
