What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support.
- Help customers resolve technical issues.
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
- Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.
- Utilizing strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Working various shifts as needed to ensure seamless customer support.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required).
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
- The ability to work various shifts as needed.
- Live within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site.
