**Job Details:**
* **Duration:** 3+ months contract-to-hire
* **Location:** 100% Remote from anywhere within one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103
* **Number of Positions:** 20+
* **Schedule:** Flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including:
+ Sunday - Saturday: 7:45AM - 8:15PM
+ One late night shift
+ One Saturday or Sunday shift per week
* **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed
**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from Medicare customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on claims, benefits, enrollment, and other Medicare-related topics
* Utilizing multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
* Demonstrating empathy and strong problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* **Call Center Customer Service Experience:** Proven experience in a call center environment, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
* **Customer-Focused Competencies:** Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
* **Verbal and Written Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* **Navigation Skills:** Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
* **eSkills Test:** Must score 80% or above on the eSkills test
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
* **Healthcare Industry Experience:** Previous experience in the healthcare industry
* **Medicare Experience:** Previous experience working with Medicare customers
* **Call Center Customer Service Experience:** Inbound call center experience
* **Medical Background:** Medical background or experience in a related field
