**Position Details:**
* Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (varied schedules available)
* Locations include but are not limited to:
+ Cape Coral
+ Sanibel Island

+ Naples
+ Estero
+ Port Charlotte
+ Babcock Ranch
* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
+ Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges
+ Preparing well-coded and accurate billing and maintenance of medical records
+ Managing the business services for workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts (depending on the specific Practice/Department needs)
+ Late hours, holidays, and weekends may be required
+ Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor of the department
**Requirements:**
* Educational Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
+ Preferred: Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required
* Experience Requirements:
+ Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative Required
+ Insurance Preferred or Customer Service Preferred
* Additional Requirements:
+ 1-2 years prior experience required for arenaflex Solutions
+ State of Florida Licensure Requirements: Not Required
+ Certifications/Registration Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations within 90 days of hire
