You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive and reach their full potential. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include: * Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Ensuring the accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary * Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process * Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years of relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Experience as an account representative * Experience with Oracle **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
