Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately and efficiently input orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales teams.
• Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills, collaborating with the team as needed to resolve customer issues.
• Manage escalated phone calls, providing timely resolutions to minimize customer irritation and summarizing outcomes for management.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and creating Word and Excel documents.
• Show flexibility in performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• The capacity to quickly learn program and product knowledge, navigate a PC, and work within a Windows environment.
• Dependability and excellent attendance record.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Previous experience in a construction or related industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
