Key Responsibilities
- Partner with athletes to address questions and concerns via phone or chat, providing timely and effective solutions that meet their needs.
- Handle Tier 2 escalation calls and chats with confidence, utilizing your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve complex issues.
- Build strong relationships with athletes through clear, empathetic, and enthusiastic communication, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as arenaflex stores, shipping companies, and other customer service team members, to resolve issues and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, report sensitive concerns, and investigate potential incidents, logging all relevant information and taking ownership of significant issues.
- Participate in team events and culture-building initiatives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality (part-time experience is acceptable).
- High-speed internet and an Ethernet port.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS.
- Experience with IVR (Five9), CRM, or order management lookup tools is a plus, as well as familiarity with loyalty and gift card platforms.
