About the Role

Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role will be as follows:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support
During the training period, you will have the opportunity to learn about our systems, processes, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a resident of New York State
- Have a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Be highly organized and able to accurately document customer interactions in real-time
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of medical insurance and related concepts
