In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and deliver heart-driven support to our plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide personalized support and solutions to our members, helping them navigate their healthcare options and make informed decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
