About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Gold Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a valued employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering peace of mind to our customers and agents by providing exceptional support and expertise. Our customer service representatives need to be flexible to work within the hours of operation, plus weekends and holidays, with schedules starting between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. EST and including at least one weekend day each week.
