**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling My BJ's Perks, and providing excellent and efficient member service. You will also be responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver superior customer service to our members, resolving their concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling My BJ's Perks
* Provide excellent and efficient member service
* Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries
* Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner
* Escalate issues to PIC and MOD when necessary
* Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
* Maintain all club policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
**Qualifications**
* Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
* Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement
* Basic math skills preferred
* Computer proficiency preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Environmental Job Conditions**
* Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces
* May require occasional position changes to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping
* Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
* May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
* Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
* May have occasional contact with cleaning agents
