**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide clear and concise information about pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
