Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative and Data Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our energy efficiency and clean energy solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic troubleshooting and recommending solutions to customer inquiries
- Entering and verifying data into various database applications
- Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to service customers

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
- A minimum of 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard
