About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Associate Client Support Consultant to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our client support team, you will play a vital role in resolving client challenges, answering questions, and providing training on our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction
- A strong work ethic, with a willingness to work overtime hours during peak seasons and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- A college degree is desirable but not required; equivalent experience and skills will be considered
