Job Overview

We are seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and providing support to ensure they have a positive experience with our services. You will work in a remote environment, providing after-hours support to our members, and will be required to work a set schedule of Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely manner
Ensure all company procedures are followed, and accurate trip data is input into our systems
Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage
Answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day, providing exceptional service and support to our members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under general supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
Strong technical skills, with experience using multiple systems and software applications
Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances

Work Environment and Company Culture

Technical Requirements

To work remotely for arenaflex, you will need to have:

High-Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to provide proof of a speed test
Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
