Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week, working 6-8 hour shifts, particularly on our busiest days, which are Mondays and Tuesdays. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, and your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in making this happen.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tech-savvy spirit. You will need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls. Your ability to learn new systems quickly will be essential in providing excellent support to our customers.
