Job Description and Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our partner's customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing personalized support to resolve their issues
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to streaming services, including issues with devices, internet connectivity, and account management
- Utilizing your knowledge of streaming services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest streaming technologies and services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience, with strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with CRM applications
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Knowledge of additional streaming services or technologies, such as gaming consoles or virtual reality devices
