Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, or as we like to call it, a Concierge, who will provide proactive, white-glove level service to our customers. As a Concierge at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are extremely satisfied with our products and services, and that every interaction with our company leaves a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that every customer feels noticed and taken care of personally
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, with a sense of empathy and a commitment to finding solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Handle call intake in accordance with customer service policies, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled professionally and with care
- Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot any internet-related problems, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
- Educate customers on our products and services, making recommendations to improve their internet experience through inside sales and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Process customer orders and cancellations for inbound sales, and update customer account information at each interaction to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to higher authorities when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rate, continually striving for excellence and improvement

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- At least 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications industry
