About the Role
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers, using a friendly and customer-focused approach in every situation.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support.
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
