Our team of passionate and dedicated professionals is driven by a shared vision of making a positive impact in our communities and delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including: + Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services + Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience + Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items * Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service * Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including: + Keeping counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised + Taking inventory and maintaining records + Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers **Training & Personal Development** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Attend training and complete PPLs (Personalized Product Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate * Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your performance and career growth **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Have a willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior work experience with arenaflex * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * A willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills & Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your performance and career growth * Take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles as you grow and develop in your career * Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Work Environment & Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
