You'll be responsible for receiving, processing, and preparing customer orders, as well as assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have. Our associates are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for individuals who can connect with our customers, build trust, and make a lasting impression. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery * Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, thinking critically and creatively to find solutions * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction * Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers * Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex tools and systems * Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages **Physical Demands and Requirements** * Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe movement of packages * Go up and down stairs (where applicable), navigating our Locker locations with ease * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at Amazon
